A Message To Our Guests: We Are open!
What are the details and policies of the reopening? We are open for RV camping guests with advance reservations. Reservations are now being accepted for arrival on Friday, June 19, 2020 and beyond.
Will the Laundry Room be open? Laundry Room is now open 24 hours a day. Limited to 6 people at one time.
Will all the Bathrooms and Showers be open? Most bathrooms and showers are open. We are gradually opening the remaining bathrooms and showers over the coming weeks. Bathrooms that are currently open are available to guests from 7am to 10pm.
Will the Pools be open? At the present time the pools are not open. The pools may open at a later date.
Will we have any Activities? At this time No, until further notice.
Will the playground be open? At this time No until further notice.
What are the Office and Market Hours? Open 8am to 6pm. Maximum of 5 people in the office and 5 in the market simultaneously. Please limit family members to one person at a time to allow others to access the building.
Are face mask required? Yes, anytime a guest is away from their site they must carry a mask with them. The mask must be worn if they come across other people within the social distancing of 6-8’. Mask must be worn when at any of the buildings and around other guests.
Do children need to wear face mask? Yes, anyone two years of age and older as outlined above.
What are our Social Distancing Guidelines? We are following the guidelines outlined by the State of California, CAL Osha, Los Angeles County Dept. of Health and the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation. There is to be no more than 6 registered guests at any campsite. No more than 10 people can gather at a campsite or common area at any time.
Will BBRV be enforcing Social Distancing? Yes, our staff will notify anyone not following the Los Angeles County Department of Public guidelines and Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort and Campground rules & guidelines. Failure to follow will result in asking to leave or eviction from the property.
Will I be able to have visitors to my site? Outside visitors are limited to one vehicle and/or two adults per day, per site. Visiting hours are from 7:00am to 9:00pm.
Tent Camping – when will we be allowed to make reservations and stay? We are opening for tent camping starting on July 1, 2020. Advanced reservations required. No group campouts allowed at the present time. No more than six people per site.
We are open in the main office seven days a week 8am – 6pm. We will continue to process any emergency needs daily, and will be available to answer our guest service line at 909-599-8355 Ext. 1. Please understand that response time may be slower than usual – we appreciate your patience. Propane is available on Friday and Saturdays only between 8am – 3pm. Please call ahead of time for propane requests.
Mail service will be limited Mon – Fri 9am – 4pm based on staff availability. For any packages please call 909-599-8355 ext. 1.
Dump Station is available from 8am to 6pm.
Storage Yard is open 8am to 6pm.
We will be taking extra precautions to help ensure the health and safety of our valued guests during the coronavirus situation.
- We are monitoring—on a daily basis—the recommendations of health experts such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other health agencies to ensure we have most accurate information and take appropriate actions.
- Cleaning staff are disinfecting common surfaces more frequently throughout the day, using health official recommended protocols.
- We are providing more hand sanitizing stations and ensuring bathrooms are cleaned frequently and stocked with extra soap.
It is our goal to aid in the safety of guests and their families by reducing exposure risk.
We sincerely appreciate adherence to the common sense safety precautions recommended by the State of California, CAL Osha, Los Angeles County Dept. of Health and the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation. We are located on northeast bluffs of the spectacular 1,975 acre Frank G.
