Reopening – Update
When are we opening? We do not have a specific date given to us from Los Angeles County. We are tentative for Thursday, May 28, 2020
Will the Laundry Room be open? We are currently doing some upgrades with new machines and plan to open on Thursday, May 28, 2020, with the County’s approval
Will all the Bathrooms and Showers be open? Most of them will be open. The two bathrooms in the tent area will remain closed until further notice. All others will remain open during the listed hours of 7am to 10pm
Will the Pools be open? We are awaiting approval from the County. The pools may open at a later date.
How many people allowed in the pool/ pool area if open? No more than 10 people will be allowed in the Adult pool and no more than 20 people in the family pool.
Will we have any Activities? At this time No, until further notice.
Will the playground be open? At this time No until further notice.
What are the Office and Market Hours? Once open we will operate 7 days a week with the hours of 8am to 6pm. The hours may change depending on demand.
Are face mask required? Yes, anytime a guest is off of their site they must carry a mask with them. The mask must be worn if they come across other people within the social distancing of 6-8’. Mask must be worn when at any of the buildings in and around.
Do children need to wear face mask? Yes, the same applies as listed in #7 above.
What is our Social Distancing Guidelines? We are following the guidelines outlined by the CDC, State of CA., the Dept. of Health and the Los Angeles County. There is to be no more than 10 people at any site and or common area at any time.
Will I be able to have visitors to my site? No more than 4 visitors per day to your site provided the total amount of people on your site does not exceed ten people
Tent Camping – when will we be allow to make reservations and stay? All group tenting has been post phoned until further notice. Individual tent camping we are taking reservations for arrival starting June 5th.
Will BBRV be enforcing Social Distancing? Yes, our staff will be notify anyone not following the County and our rules & guidelines. Failure to follow will result in asking to leave or eviction from the property.
Under California Safe at Home mandate we are currently operating with reduced in-office staff, with the remainder working remotely seven days a week 8am -5pm. We will continue to process any emergency needs daily, and will be available to answer our guest service line at 909-599-8355×1. Please understand that response time may be slower than usual – we appreciate your patience. Propane is available on Fridays only between 8am – 3pm. Please call ahead of time for your request of propane.
Mail service will be limited Mon – Fri 9am – 4pm based on staff availability. For any packages please call 909-599-8355×5.
Market, Laundry Room, Swimming Pools and Dump Station is closed until further notice.
Storage Yard is closed … please call ahead to make arrangements for staff to meet you for access.
Outside Visitors and Vendors are not allowed into the property. With certain exemptions.
We will be taking extra precautions to help ensure the health and safety of our valued guests during the coronavirus situation.
- We are monitoring—on a daily basis—the recommendations of health experts such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other health agencies to ensure we have most accurate information and take appropriate actions.
- Cleaning staff are disinfecting all surfaces more frequently throughout the day after each use, using health official recommended protocols.
- We are providing more hand sanitizing stations and ensuring bathrooms are cleaned frequently and stocked with extra soap.
It is our goal to aid in the safety of guests and their families by reducing exposure risk.
