Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort & Campground | COVID 19 Operating Update: 1/14/21
Bonelli Bluffs Guests: Accepting New Reservations for arrival no earlier than January 29th.
We are open for RV camping guests for advance reservations accepted no earlier than January 29th. In accordance with the Home Health Officer Order from the State of California and the County of Los Angeles, current RV site reservations are available for family camping, with all guests being from a single household. Tent camping reservations are not being accepted at this time. No gatherings with individuals not within your household. Curfew requirements mirror the State of California requiring all gatherings to cease between the hours of 10pm to 5am.
Is the office open? Office is currently closed, all check ins will happen at front kiosk.
Will the Laundry Room be open? Laundry Room is currently open with occupancy capacity restrictions for social distancing.
Will all the Bathrooms and Showers be open? Most bathrooms and showers are open at present. Additional restrictions may apply as directed by County officials.
Will the Pools be open? At the present time the pools are not open. The pools may open at a later date.
Will we have any Activities? At this time No, until further notice.
Will the playground be open? At this time No, until further notice.
What are the Office and Market Hours? Market is currently closed.
Are face mask required? Yes, anytime a guest is away from their site they must carry a mask with them. The mask must be worn if they come across other people within the social distancing of 6-8’. Mask must be worn when at any of the buildings and around other guests.
Do children need to wear face mask? Yes, anyone two years of age and older as outlined above.
What are our Social Distancing Guidelines? We are following the guidelines outlined by the State of California, CAL Osha, Los Angeles County Dept. of Health and the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation. There is to be no more than 6 registered guests at any campsite. No more than 10 people can gather at a campsite or common area at any time.
Will BBRV be enforcing Social Distancing? Yes, our staff will notify anyone not following the Los Angeles County Department of Public guidelines and Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort and Campground rules & guidelines. Failure to follow will result in asking to leave or eviction from the property.
Will I be able to have visitors to my site? Outside visitors are not currently allowed per stay at home orders.
Tent Camping – when will we be allowed to make reservations and stay? Campground/Tent Camping currently closed per LA County and State orders.
We will continue to process any emergency needs daily, and will be available to answer our guest service line at 909-599-8355 Ext. 1. Propane will be available at the bulk station by advance notice only by contacting our resort host or reservations staff.
Mail service will be limited Mon – Fri 9am – 4pm based on staff availability. For any packages please call 909-599-8355 ext. 1. Please pick up at kiosk until office reopens.
Dump Station is currently closed.
Storage Yard is open 8am to 5pm.
We will be taking even more precautions to help ensure the health and safety of our valued guests during this new elevated coronavirus situation.
- We are monitoring—on a daily basis—the recommendations of health experts such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other health agencies to ensure we have most accurate information and take appropriate actions.
- Cleaning staff are disinfecting common surfaces more frequently throughout the day, using health official recommended protocols.
- We are providing more hand sanitizing stations and ensuring bathrooms are cleaned frequently and stocked with extra soap.
It is our goal to aid in the safety of guests and their families by reducing exposure risk.
